TERMS & CONDITIONS
Ordering
All 'preorder' products must be ordered in advance and orders will close 2 days before each baking day. So orders for Thursday close on Tuesday and orders for Friday close on Wednesday. Deliveries and collections are only on the days shown when ordering. If you have questions about bespoke orders, please get in touch via the contact form to discuss.
Collection & Delivery
Delivery is £1.50 and is only to Hastings and St Leonards. If you are outside these areas, you are welcome to collect. Collection address will be supplied after ordering. At the moment, deliveries are between 5.45 - 6.30pm. If you are not around during those times, you will need to collect or tell me a safe place to leave the delivery. Please note: I do not take responsibility for orders after they have been delivered.
Payment & Privacy Policy
Payment for all items is in advance via BACS/bank transfer. Small Batch Babka will never sell or give your confidential information to anyone. If you would like to remove your data, after placing an order you must contact Small Batch Babka in writing.
Allergens
All products contain gluten and are baked in a small kitchen where celery, cereals, eggs, milk, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, tree nuts and sulphur dioxide may be present. Please refer to the allergen label that comes with your order for allergens and don't hesitate to contact me prior to ordering with any allergen questions. Please note: Small Batch Babka is not liable for any issues with allergens if the customer does not inform me of any information beforehand, and it is the responsibility of the customer to inform those who are eating the product.
Cancellations
Please email me at smallbatchbabka@gmail.com or message me via social media as soon as possible in relation to cancellations after an order has been put through. Cancellations made after orders close on the respective day may not always be able to be refunded but there is the possibility of rescheduling dependent on availability.
